Diversity, Unconscious Bias and Inclusive Leadership

29th – 31st of March 2022

About this course

NB! This course has been moved online due to the pandemic.

The event will be a series of lectures on diversity management, unconscious bias, stereotypes and inclusion and how to foster an inclusive environment. The lectures will be mixed with interactive exercises, which both aims at developing the participants’ own knowledge and reflection as well as give them tools they can bring home in their own organizations.

We will during the course address all aspects of leadership, both situations of formal responsibility, such as the responsibility for recruitment or the implementation of policies, but also the very important informal leadership such as influencing top-management and being an advocate for inclusion, a role model and/or an ally for minorities.
