The second part by Kari-Pekka Martimo discusses ethical issues in relation to occupational health practice.
The third part by Christian Ståhl relates to research ethics, and how the concepts from ethical theories relate to the production of scientific evidence. This section also cover the relationship between research and policy, from an ethical perspective.

This section also includes comments by Kari Haring from trade union and Jan Schugk from employer organization.
