Nils Asbjørn Lie wins a free NIVA course

At the end of September NIVA attended the BHT 2016 Landskonferansen (National conference on Occupational Health Services) in Lillestrøm, Norway. Among all participants who registered for the NIVA newsletter a winner of a free course was drawn.

Nils currently works as HR manager in the company Flåm AS in Flåm, Norway. Flåm AS thinks holistically about tourist destination development and has a philosophy that culture, nature and the service concepts should be mutually supportive in order to create the best possible customer experience. Nils’ position as HR manager in a rapidly growing company with high goals for the future, is to structure the organization, prepare leaders and employees for future growth and expansion.
