Psychosocial Risks at Work: Understanding, Importance, and Prevention

About this webinar
This webinar will provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of psychosocial risks at work—what they are, why they matter, and how they can be effectively prevented.
Through expert lectures and an interactive case study session, both followed by Q&A, participants will explore the conceptual foundations of work-related psychosocial risks, the key actors and tools involved in prevention, and the role of legal frameworks at both EU and national levels. Using a practical case study, attendees will engage in identifying risks, mapping stakeholders, and proposing prevention strategies at the primary, secondary, and tertiary levels.
