Prolonging Working Life among Senior Workers
About this webinar
This 1-hour webinar is a teaser of the forthcoming 3-day NIVA course with the same name arranged in Copenhagen on May 13th – 15th of 2025. The webinar will present a 30-min lecture on findings from the Danish SeniorWorkingLife study, where 30.000 people aged 50 years or older are invited each second year to participate in a large survey covering push and stay factors for senior workers. This study answers the main question, what does it take to be able to – and to keep the motivation to – work until a high age? After the presentation the content of the forthcoming course will be presented, and the participants will have the opportunity to engage in a discussion with the lecturer about this topic.
