About the webinar

This webinar is a teaser of the forthcoming 3-day NIVA course with the same name arranged in Malmö, Sweden on May 13th – 15th of 2025. The webinar will present a 30-min lecture on findings from the Danish SeniorWorkingLife study, where 30.000 people aged 50 years or older are invited each second year to participate in a large survey covering push and stay factors for senior workers. This study answers the main question, what does it take to be able to – and to keep the motivation to – work until a high age?

About the lecturer

Lars L. Andersen works as Professor at the National Research Centre for the Working Environment in Denmark. He is leading the Danish SeniorWorkingLife study and the European ‘Prolonging Working Life’ PEROSH project. He has published more than 400 peer-reviewed research articles.
