About this webinar

This webinar presents the key findings and practical suggestions based on the report Positive work environments that promote a sustainable working life: The importance of work engagement, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment issued by the Swedish Agency for Work Environment Expertise (SAWEE) and authored by Jari Hakanen and Jie Li from the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health (FIOH).

The report includes a literature review focusing on Nordic longitudinal and intervention research published between 2000 and 2023 from a positive work and organisational psychology perspective.
