About this webinar

How can we close the gender pay gap and ensure equal pay for work of equal value?

This webinar is based on a new Nordic report that discuss various explanations for the undervaluation of women’s work in a gender-segregated labour market. What challenges, obstacles and opportunities are there for a gender-equal labour market?

During the webinar, both new and established concrete tools and guidelines to ensure gender-neutral job evaluation will be presented. Examples are shared from Iceland and the European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE).

The webinar is organised in collaboration between NIKK – Nordic Information on Gender, NFS the Council of Nordic Trade Unions, Friedrich-Ebert Stiftung and NIVA Education
