How to close the gender pay gap? Pathways to equal pay for work of equal value

About this webinar
How can we close the gender pay gap and ensure equal pay for work of equal value?
This webinar is based on a new Nordic report that discuss various explanations for the undervaluation of women’s work in a gender-segregated labour market. What challenges, obstacles and opportunities are there for a gender-equal labour market?
During the webinar, both new and established concrete tools and guidelines to ensure gender-neutral job evaluation will be presented. Examples are shared from Iceland and the European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE).
The webinar is organised in collaboration between NIKK – Nordic Information on Gender, NFS – the Council of Nordic Trade Unions and NIVA Education.
