Effective Strategies for Healthcare Leaders: Enhancing Well-Being at Work

Healthcare leaders today navigate complex challenges, including resource limitations, challenging work environments, and workforce shortages. These issues not only impact employee well-being but also affect patient care quality. Research shows that leadership plays a crucial role in shaping the work environment and promoting employee well-being.
This course integrates theoretical insights with best practices that stem from recent studies on effective leadership in healthcare, with a particular emphasis on employee well-being and performance. By integrating theoretical frameworks with insights from recent studies, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of effective leadership practices that promote a supportive work environment.
Through active participation and collaborative discussions, this course aims to equip healthcare leaders and researchers with practical tools to drive positive change in their organisations. Join us to explore how strategic leadership can contribute to a healthier, more resilient healthcare workforce.
