Work Environment and Inclusion for Persons with Disabilities

Watch webinar
About the webinar
Working life and the work environment can present particular challenges for persons with disabilities. The employment rate among persons with disabilities is lower than that of the rest of the population.
This webinar focuses on the existing research on persons with disabilities in relation to the work environment, including both barriers and facilitating factors for creating an inclusive workplace for all – regardless of functional ability.
During the webinar, a knowledge review from the Swedish Agency for Work Environment Expertise and research on the digital work environment will be presented, among other things.
This webinar is organised in cooperation with the Nordic Welfare Centre.
