About the webinar

Musculoskeletal disorders such as back and neck-shoulder pain is a major problem in the working environment and is associated with reduced work ability and sickness absence.

Intervention studies with physical exercise at the workplace have shown promising results in preventing and reducing musculoskeletal pain and improving work ability in different occupational groups. The exercise also has important psychological and social effects for the workers.

The lecture will provide an overview of the most important studies.
