This webinar presents the key findings and practical suggestions based on the report “Positive Work Environment – Factors Associated with Employees’ Satisfaction, Commitment, and Engagement,” issued by the Swedish Agency for Work Environment Expertise (SAWEE) and authored by Jari Hakanen and Jie Li from the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health (FIOH).

Webinar outline
A 45-minute presentation followed by a 15-minute session for questions and discussion.
Main topics
As in the review, the webinar will focus on three positive work-related states:
- job satisfaction
- organizational commitment
- work engagement
These positive states refer to the experience of positive emotions and attitudes at work, which are important for a healthy and sustainable working life. The review examines factors promoting these states and explores their potential benefits for organizations and employees, as well as reciprocal relationships (so-called gain spirals) related to the three positive states at work.
