The report includes a literature review focusing on Nordic longitudinal and intervention research published between 2000 and 2023 from a positive work and organizational psychology perspective.

Webinar outline

A 45-minute presentation followed by a 15-minute session for questions and discussion.

Main topics

As in the review, the webinar will focus on three positive work-related states:

  • job satisfaction
  • organizational commitment
  • work engagement

These positive states refer to the experience of positive emotions and attitudes at work, which are important for a healthy and sustainable working life. The review examines factors promoting these states and explores their potential benefits for organizations and employees, as well as reciprocal relationships (so-called gain spirals) related to the three positive states at work.
