Organisational Change and Effective Leadership in Healthcare

About this Webinar
Healthcare leaders continue to face demanding challenges such as resource constraints, workforce shortages, and high-pressure environments. These issues affect both staff well-being and the quality of patient care. Research continues to show that leadership plays an essential role in shaping supportive workplaces and building sustainable healthcare organisations.
In this webinar, experts will present insights from recent research and case studies on healthcare leadership and employee well-being. The presentations will be followed by a Q&A session, giving participants the chance to ask questions.
This webinar builds on our earlier course Effective Strategies for Healthcare Leaders: Enhancing Well-Being at Work, but participation in the course is not required. The session is open to both past participants and new attendees interested in leadership practices.
