About the webinar

While diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are often seen as buzzwords in organizational mission statements, their importance in today’s cultural landscape is undeniable. Social issues such as racism, sexism, and xenophobia profoundly affect workplace environments, yet organizations and their leadership play a critical role in addressing these challenges in broader society.

In modern workplaces, leaders at all levels are expected to collaborate effectively across cultural boundaries, both within and outside their organizations. Understanding the complexities of diversity, equity and inclusion, and being equipped with the right tools to navigate DEI challenges, is no longer just advantageous—it is essential for professionals across various fields.

This webinar introduces the latest research and practices in DEI, with a focus on cultural and gender diversity. During the webinar participants will have the opportunity to discuss pressing DEI issues in their organizations and reflect on how they can use the tools provided by the instructors to address these challenges.
