Good Occupational Health Cooperation (OHC) in Small Enterprises

Participants learn from each other new ways of promoting and supporting work ability in SEs through occupational health cooperation (OHC). The course is based on collaborative learning utilizing real-life cases from different SE settings and industries, workshops, exercises and discussions. During the course each participant generates her/his own tool kit of effective OHC to be utilized in their work.

Course objectives

After the course the participants master, and are able to evaluate, and apply different OHC models, practices and tools developed for small enterprises. The participants can utilize their own tool kit of effective OHC with their SEs clients.

Course outline

The course will consist of:

  • Case-presentations of OHC by OHS-teams and their SE clients from different business sectors
  • Discussions
  • Explorative and evaluative workshops
  • Exercises using methods and tools facilitating participation and co-operative learning

Price

The price of the course consists of two parts:

1) The course fee of EUR 300 and

2) One of the following:

  • The day package I fee of EUR 310
  • The day package II fee of EUR 180
  • Day package

    Day package I

    The day package I price is 310 EUR/person. This price includes conference facilities and technical equipment, coffees, lunches, dinners and the social program.

    The total price of the course is EUR 610 (course fee EUR 300 + day package fee EUR 310).

    We strongly encourage you to take part in the social program, as this is a vital part of the NIVA course experience. We believe in the power of networking (between people) and strive to create an inspiring possibility for that through the social program.

    Day package II

    The day package II price is 180 EUR/person. This price includes conference facilities and technical equipment, coffees and lunches.

    The total price of the course is EUR 480 (course fee EUR 300 + day package fee EUR 180).

    Kindly note that the day package II does not include dinners nor the social program.

  • Accommodation

    NIVA has made a block reservation for the accommodation 20th – 22nd of May 2019 at Hotel Clarion Helsinki, Finland. To book a room from the block kindly make the reservation by emailing the hotel directly (reservations.cl.helsinki@choice.fi). Remember to mention the booking code NIVA when booking the room (available until 6.5.2019).

    The room price for a single standard room is EUR 170/night (including breakfast and access to the hotel health club, sauna and swimming pool) and a room for two EUR 190/night (including breakfast and access to the hotel health club, sauna and swimming pool).

    The block reservation will be available until 6th of May 2019.
