About this webinar

In this webinar, Research Professor and Docent Jari Hakanen will give an overview of different states of employee well-being: work engagement, job boredom and burnout and how they have changed over time before vs. during the pandemic in Finland. We will also focus on how tele, non-tele, and so-called hybrid work relate to employee well-being. MD, Specialist Doctor and Chief Medical Officer Auli Rytivaara and Medical Adviser Riitta Työläjärvi will give their comments on the subject as well.

In addition, combining both top-down and bottom-up workplace practices to improve working conditions can boost the best possible well-being at work, that is, work engagement. Servant leadership and two types of proactive behaviors: job crafting and social courage at work will be discussed.
