About this webinar

This webinar will provide an overview of the various effects of climate change on working life, work organizations, and work itself. It will also explore how organizations can actively contribute to the green transition.

The climate crisis is altering human life and work patterns. Rapidly changing weather conditions and related unexpected events are impacting Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). Therefore, anticipative and effective measures for adapting to these changing conditions are essential in all workplaces.

Work life actors play a crucial role in both mitigating and adapting to climate change. We invite participants to discuss the effects of climate change on work and explore potential climate actions in the workplace.
