The course will be held at Hanasaari Cultural Center in Espoo, Finland. Hanasaari is located in a beautiful seaside setting on the border between Helsinki and Espoo. The hotel rooms are spacious, and the hotel also features a relaxing area with saunas, swimming pool and sea-view. Thanks to excellent connections Hanasaari is easily and quickly approachable and lies only 27 km from the Helsinki - Vantaa airport. The course venue can be reached in approximately ten minutes by bus from the Bus Station in Helsinki.

NIVA has reserved accommodation for the participants from Sunday 13 October until Wednesday 16 October. The full board price starting with coffee on Monday and closing with lunch on Wednesday amounts to EUR 520. This price includes accommodation with breakfast, lunch, conference coffee, dinner and the social programme. For arrival on Sunday an additional cost of EUR 95 will be charged for the extra night incl. breakfast. The price of a day-package, including lunch and coffees, but no accommodation is EUR 58/person/day.
